Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining assigned vehicles, such as cars and limousines, in full compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Providing transportation services to clients for various purposes, including airport transfers, corporate events, special occasions, and other requested destinations.
- Assisting clients with boarding and disembarking the vehicle, prioritizing their comfort and safety throughout the entire journey.
- Planning efficient routes and utilizing GPS or other navigation tools to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Keeping the vehicle clean and presentable both inside and out by conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including conducting vehicle inspections, promoting seatbelt usage, and handling luggage or personal belongings securely.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and exhibiting courteous behavior when interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to deliver a positive and memorable experience to clients.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping of trips, including recording mileage, fuel consumption, and documenting any incidents or accidents that may occur.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in the car or limousine industry.
- Excellent understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
