- All NYC Limousine Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- All NYC Limousine Services are subject to availability.
- Payment for NYC Limousine Services must be made in full at the time of booking.
- NYC Limousine Services are provided for a maximum of 10 passengers.
- NYC Limousine Services may not be used for personal or commercial gain.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is not overloaded or damaged in any way.
- The customer is responsible for any traffic violations or tolls incurred during the ride.
- The customer is responsible for all items left in the vehicle by the customer.
- NYC Limousine Services are provided within New York and New Jersey only.
- The customer must provide a valid driver’s license for the driver of the vehicle.
- The customer must provide valid contact information for the driver of the vehicle.
- NYC Limousine Services will not be provided to any person under the age of 18.
- NYC Limousine Services is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- NYC Limousine Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred during the ride.
- The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with NYC Limousine Services.
- NYC Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate the ride at any time without notice.
- NYC Limousine Services reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without notice.
- The customer agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using NYC Limousine Services.
