Typically, a standard sedan offers comfortable seating for up to four passengers, specifically designed to accommodate three individuals. When it comes to luggage capacity, the trunk of a sedan generally provides enough space for two standard-sized suitcases.
No extra fee will be imposed if the luggage can be accommodated within the trunk of the vehicle. However, if any luggage item, such as a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, or box, needs to be placed inside the vehicle, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per piece.
If all of the luggage pieces are large in size, either a minivan or an SUV will be necessary.
The type of vehicle available for reservation will vary based on the size of your pet. Typically, small pets can be accommodated in a regular sedan or midsize SUV. However, for larger pets, a bigger vehicle will be necessary. It is important to inform us during the booking process, as not all drivers are equipped to provide this service.
To comply with legal regulations, children under the age of 8 must be securely seated in a car seat. Passengers have the choice to either bring their own car seats or request NYC Limousine to provide them for an additional fee.
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The driver may ask for identification to verify the passenger’s age.
The customary range for tipping in the industry typically varies from 15% to 20%. However, the exact amount is ultimately at your discretion and based on your personal preference.

However, if you have already provided your credit card information and ID details during the reservation process, there is no requirement to physically present the card.
Absolutely! We offer a convenient pre-paid option that enables third-party payments. During the reservation process, you can enter your credit card information in the payment section and choose the “All Inclusive” option to pre-pay for the ride on behalf of your guest. This allows you to effortlessly use your credit card for payment and efficiently handle the transportation requirements of someone else without any inconvenience.

If you happen to forget to obtain a receipt, requesting one is a breeze. Simply reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or our website, and they will be delighted to assist you promptly with your request.
If you have misplaced an item in a vehicle affiliated with NYC Limousine, kindly contact our office, and we will promptly assist you in coordinating with the driver and relevant departments to locate the item. However, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any belongings left behind. We will make every effort to recover your item, and if successful, we will get in touch with you to arrange for its return. Alternatively, we can facilitate the delivery of the item to you, but please note that additional charges may apply based on the distance traveled.
At NYC Limousine, we offer a grace period of 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, during which no waiting time charges will be incurred. However, if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, waiting time charges will be applied for the entire duration of the delay. To provide further clarity, let’s consider a couple of examples:
Example 1: If the scheduled pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:10 AM, no waiting time charges will be applied.
Example 2: If the scheduled pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, a waiting time charge of 15 minutes will be applied. The waiting time fee is calculated based on an hourly rate that is prorated according to the vehicle class.
